Sleeping room reservations
A block of sleeping rooms is available for lodging at the hotel. The rooms are available at the prevailing Government per diem rate of $110 per night for single or double occupancy. The room cost will be $110, plus 13% taxes ($14.30) for a total of $114.30 per night. The group rate will be available until August 12, 2024.
Please be aware, the credit card/debit cardholder must match the name on the reservation. If the debit/credit card you are using for check-in is associated with a bank or checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the resort, including estimated incidentals in the amount of $50/night, through your date of check-out. Such funds will be released after departure and may take up to 7-10 business days to be returned to your account at the discretion of your financial institution.

The Gila River - Wild Horse Pass Resort has been owned and operated by The Gila River Indian Community in Arizona for over 25 years. The property is located approximately 15 minutes away from the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix.
Wild Horse Pass offers non-smoking guestrooms, pillowtop beds, blackout drapes/curtains, flat screen TVs with premium channels; access to free high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi), in-room safe, refrigerators and coffee/tea makers.

The business center is located on the first floor, lobby level, across from the Ocotillo meeting rooms. The business center is staffed from 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Pool
The Gila River Resort has two outdoor pools, the Oasis and Serenity (adults only) pools are open from 9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. Food and beverage service and cabana rentals are available.
Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is available 24 hours and features cardio machines, Peloton bikes, strength-training equipment, and exercise mats. Towels and filtered water are available at no charge.
Parking
The Gila River Resort is offering guests complementary self-parking and valet parking (gratuities are encouraged).
